Woodleigh School Senior Campus has been an ongoing project for our crew for over fifteen years. The school motto of ‘adventurous minds’ is aptly reflected in the way nature is nurtured close in to structured learning places. Our naturalistic landscape design principles create a seamless transition between the environmentally sensitive architecture and the wider bushland environment. The layered native plantings, granite boulder placement and meandering gravel paths connect a series of informal “homesteads” as multipurpose classrooms. Our involvement over the years includes early work on developing the Wildlife Reserve at the Senior Campus, as well as the annual tradition of “bush week” a day where the community comes together to replant areas of the school grounds. We are proud of our continued contribution to a school where students are educated in the care, appreciation and conservation of our environment.
